Sure, you can buy a template and fill in the blanks, or get a website design made in India for next to nothing. But beware, templates are never, ever custom made and Indian web designer may speak English, but they do not speak the same language as you.

I Want Flash!
You do not need a site made in Flash. Honestly, Flash sites seriously lack in navigation, usability and search engine indexing. Sure they look pretty and all, and you may be overwhelmed by the design, but think outside the box. Flash is useful as a tool on your website, but your website should not depend on it. Besides, who will update your site? You will not be able to do any updates yourself unless you master Flash.
